RESERVATION POLICY
After receiving your reservation , a confirmation will be sent you with a request of a deposit that must be sent within 7 days of the date’s confirmation. Only after receipt it , the reservation will be considered definitively confirmed.
Guests will be required to have the maximum care of the appartment and furniture within. Any complaints as regards to the appartment etc, must be made within 24 hours of arrival. Any damages must be compensated stated on the price list.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are forced to cancel the booking: up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the full payment minus € 15,00 for bank charges.
Less than 7 days the deposit will not be refunded
Residence Duna Rossa will not be responsable for cancellation due to forse majeure, these events will be covered by insurance travel.
